Turmeric Smoothie 


Serves 1

Ingredients:

1cm cube fresh turmeric or 1 tsp turmeric powder

1cm cube fresh ginger

1 orange, peeled

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

100ml coconut milk (from a carton)

1 tsp maple syrup

1 tbsp chia seeds


Method:

Whizz up and drink.
